Waste recycling complex of Chadormelo factory
Chadormelo is the first complex focused on the recycling of iron ore concentrate tailings in the country, which was established in 1391, and the Aria process management company undertook the task of operating it. In this complex, 250,000 tons of iron ore concentrate is produced annually, which is the result of using the tailings of Chadormelo processing factories. This place, which has produced about two million tons of concentrate with grade 62 to 66 in the last ten years, was the first factory in Iran that uses high field intensity technology. Chadormelo waste recycling complex is located near Ardakan city of Yazd province and currently 80 people are working there.

Yazd Desert Paya iron ore concentrate complex
In 2017, this factory was started by Fekur Sanat Tehran company and it was put into operation in November 2019. This complex is located on a land of 56 hectares and adjacent to the country’s big mines such as Chadormelo, Chagharat and Chahgaz, and currently has the annual production capacity of one million tons of iron ore concentrate.
With the construction of this complex, the employment of 300 people directly and 800 people indirectly has been provided. After the construction of this factory, the responsibility of managing the operation of this factory has been entrusted to Rahbar Farayand Arya Company. By using the most up-to-date equipment and management methods, this company has had a significant impact on the productivity of this factory.
Fakor Sanat Zarand iron ore concentrate complex
The operation of the first hematite iron ore concentrate factory in Iran, near the Jalalabad mine in Zarand city, is in charge of the Rahbar Farayand Arya family. The activity of this complex started in Shahrivar month of 2013 and now, with the help of using modern knowledge, advanced machinery and innovative methods, the water extraction capacity of waste water has reached 80% and the production capacity of iron ore concentrate has reached 600 thousand tons per year. The implementation of new plans to improve the production line of this complex, in addition to increasing the production capacity by 30%, has also provided employment opportunities for a large number of local youth in the region. The design and implementation of Fakor Sanat Zarand complex has been done using the Internet of Things, remote monitoring and control system.
