Recruitment program and 2-year program

If we want to look at the general development of the country, the main issue is the development of deprived areas and the activation of mines in these areas.

We try to use local workers as much as possible, but it is necessary that these people benefit from the minimum knowledge of this industry. To solve this issue, our collection has considered different educational topics and hours of training have been prepared, which requires at least 2 years of time to complete these courses and learn all the topics.

Most of these trainings started in 1998 and are still ongoing. The group’s view on human resources training is very high and according to this issue, we established a performance management system, which is a system where people can present and improve their skills and capabilities.

In the end, the presence of these two factors together can greatly help the growth of human resources.
