In order to find and obtain the best results in the Rahbar Farayand Arya academy, many studies have been conducted, during which different educational topics have been considered for the selected people.

These trainings include everything necessary to achieve an efficient workforce in the mining industry, for example, basic training topics for operators and simple workers to the net team with the task of supply and maintenance have been considered.
